My career has taken me through military service, private-sector workforce operations, staffing industry leadership, and federal human resources — giving me more than 20 years of HR experience working with employees, supervisors, business owners, and organizational leaders.

I served in the U.S. Army with Pathfinder Company, 101st Airborne Division (Air Assault), deployed during Operation Iraqi Freedom in 2003, and was awarded the Army Commendation Medal with “V” Device for Valor during combat operations.

After the military, I held leadership roles in the staffing industry, partnering with businesses while managing recruiting, employee relations, performance, safety, compliance, onsite workforce programs, and client operations.

I later transitioned into federal HR, where I spent more than a decade specializing in complex employee relations, performance and conduct, leave and reasonable accommodation, policy interpretation, supervisor guidance, workplace conflict, and consequential employment decisions.

In 2026, I founded HRwithTim to bring that experience directly to business owners and leaders who need practical HR guidance without adding a full-time HR position.
